Immunize!

Now here’s something that can be used to counter the antivaccine musical stylings of Mike Adams and his song Don’t Inject Me: Play ZDoggMD’s Immunize!:

Sometimes, even on SBM, we need to lighten things up a bit. Take that, Mike Adams!

Why would anyone trust their health to an industry that practices this type of sadistic practice on people?

    From the Washington Post:

Shocking as it may seem, U.S. government doctors once thought it was fine to experiment on disabled people and prison inmates. Such experiments included giving hepatitis to mental patients in Connecticut, squirting a pandemic flu virus up the noses of prisoners in Maryland, and injecting cancer cells into chronically ill people at a New York hospital.

Who’s the real threat to our health?

stanmrak – I trust because the episodes you are referring to were revealed and condemned as unethical, not just by our government but by the medical community. The medical community and the government are continually considering the ethics of research and many advances have been made in the last 40 year. If someone reads the whole article you linked to, they will see that.

That said, there are still injustices. I would say the article’s highlight of the Pfizer research in Nigeria is one of them. I want there to be continued improvement. But I chose not to let the perfect be the enemy of the good. To boycott conventional medicine due to it’s past mistakes would lead to the death and or disability of many, many children. Something I’m sure none of us want.

Yes, stanmrak, those of us who follow the history of medicine and medical research are aware of those studies, especially with the problems at Willowbrook School. That is why there are now rules on the ethical use of human subjects, especially children. The same rules that prevent vax/unvax study that many who claim autism is caused by vaccines want done.

It’s not surprising to see this happening to the herd. And those who travel in herds get slaughtered, you know.
