For those in the Portland, Oregon area, I will be giving same talk on Monday November 18th.

7:00 PM

Although the Patriots-Panthers game may be more exciting.

Sponsored by Oregonians for Science and Reason and the PSU Department of Physics.

Good luck in Ashland. They like their alternative medicine and anti-vaccination quackery.

Is there more to this website than the circlejerk of ad hominem and genetic fallacies? Just curious.

Oh and citing your own work. Wow. Impressive.

I bet you’ll reply with ad hom, too. It’s expected.

    1. Mark Crislip says:

1 hominem plus 1 hominem equals 2 hominems

    2. WilliamLawrenceUtridge says:

When you mean “genetic fallacy”, you mean like when acupuncture is criticized for one of the points in its favour being “it’s old”? Or when “naturopathy” is criticized by claiming “it’s natural” is a point in its favour?

I’ve attended one of these talks and Dr. Mark “More” Crislip was soft spoken (for a endering egotist), witty and highly informative – just like his podcasts, only with more Mark Crislip.

    Recommended. :-)

  4. Dr Crislip.

Please come visit Västerås, Sweden. Västerås needs more Mark Crislip.

    Thanks in advance,
    Emanuel

Are you done recording quackcasts? My world needs more…

    1. Chris says:

It is still being done, it is just he moved websites:
      http://www.quackcast.com/spodcasts/files/mp3rss.xml

And his multimedia empire has also been moved:
      http://edgydoc.com/

The links on his page under the “Editors” menu need to be changed.
